Hey  Guys just another picture update  the picture below is taken at the Mossel Bay World Outreach Church Mossel Bay the Friend in the pic on the left is Sizwe who got injured during a Rugby match. had a concussion and was knocked out for 50 minutes but he is ok  now. In the picture we are dressed the same as we attended service not knowing  that we would be dressed the same so we took the pic! Hey bloggies, its been a while since ive been online, well here is just a brief update on whats been happening world of flipyflips : 1.My Granny in Spain Passed away on 19th March 2013 and we will not be able to attend the funeral. 2. My best friend is leaving town soon. 3. I 'm having to put in extra hours just to keep my life in balance 4.  Hey bloggies  just a update... on Friday, 1 March i had to let a dear friend go due to spoken words and rather  unsual circumstance. Truth be told it was rather stupid but unfortunately our paths has seperated and i do hope that it will someday cross again on this journey called life but for now i say striongs to you mate, gona miss the crazy times... much love bro... flipping out xoxo flipy flips

I have reached a place where i feel so destitute, empty,  like a tree busy dying from the root up. My heart beat weakens day by day and even when the sun is out my heart feels only the dark of the night, as if i am walking without sight  i stumble and fall over every day just waiting for the big Plunge, into the unknown, where the final curtain for me will be drawn.
